The Static Park
All the space you need
Our beautiful and thoughtfully laid out static park consists of 118 static holiday homes all positioned on concrete bases. Each pitch receives computer controlled pumped spring water, a modern certificated electricity supply and satellite television. Many of our static pitches receive piped gas. Parking spaces are available by all static caravans with extra spaces for visitors. Our Park is licensed to stay open for 12 months of the year, an attractive benefit for all of our customers to make the maximum use of their holiday home and to enjoy the park throughout the changing seasons. Beautifully coloured rhododendron bushes bloom between the holiday homes during the summer months where the immaculately kept grounds are tended to by our dedicated Park Staff.
Caravan sales and siting
Mellington Hall Holiday Home Park can supply any make or model of caravan required but must be two tone green in colour to comply with Powys County Council regulations.
New and used holiday homes can be supplied.
All holiday homes are professionally sited and connected on hard standing concrete bases, including steps and gas connection along with Corgi registered safety certificate. Balconies can be arranged through the office.
Year-round access
All static holiday homes are all privately owned and are not rented out on a week to week basis so more “quality time” can be had in Mellington Hall’s beautiful and tranquil surroundings.
These homes cannot be used for residential purposes.
