Student Pastry Chef 2024
We’d like to offer our many congratulations to our Pastry Chef Serah here at Mellington Hall Country House Hotel & Holiday Home Park who competed in Student Pastry Chef 2024 at West London College. Serah was in the top 8 competitors in over 100 who competed from all over the UK. Serah also won gold in the Skills Competition Wales 2024.
Serah had the privilege of meeting celebrity Chefs including Bake Off professional judges Cherish Finden and Benoit Blin.
